Work consisted of constructing 500 linear feet of seawall with composite sheet piles and concrete cap, precast and cast-in-place concrete boat ramp, 300′ of floating dock and timber pier system, 110,000 sf of stabilizing parking lot with 4,200 tons of crushed concrete base and 1,400 tons of compacted asphalt pavement, 835′ of storm drainage, push button activated boat and trailer wash-down facility, 15,000 sf stormwater retention pond, underground utilities and restroom building.
