Work consisted of Design-Build Turnkey Construction which included a pre-construction underwater site investigation, benthic survey, FDEP & USACE Permitting. On-site work consisted of demolition of 555 lf of existing concrete bulkhead, underwater repairs of the existing bulkhead wall (which included the installation of gabion baskets, stone revetment, grout injection and wall coating), installation of a new concrete bulkhead cap, delamination and crack injection repairs, asphalt repairs, boat lift rehabilitation, and new security fencing.
