Construct new bridge rated for 40 tons. Construct detour road as bypass, install permanent sheet piling (1000 LF), pour in place concrete pile caps, drive permanent concrete pilings, pour in place concrete abutment, place base material, install pre-stressed concrete bridge girders, pour in place 5” of concrete deck paving, install asphalt paving, guardrail, signage and shore block.
